As part of this partnership, Bretton Woods will be one of the first in the country to have the 2007-08 Elan and Dalbello products for both demo and retail sales. This creates a one of a kind experience that can only be had at Bretton Woods. “Bretton Woods’ state of the art grooming and terrain is perfect for Elan and Dalbello to showcase their products to the industry's retail buyers, as well as the public,” said Chris Ellms, Director of Ski Operations. In June 2006, the Resort was sold to Celebration Associates and CNL Income Properties, Inc., and came under the management of new Resort President, Patrick Corso. Under the leadership of Corso, a grand vision created by the development and operating team is unfolding. “Our goal will be to build on the solid foundation that has been established by the previous owners of Bretton Woods and the Mount Washington Hotel,” says Corso. A pedestrian village at the base of Bretton Woods Mountain Resort, complete with a variety of shopping, dining, lodging, and recreational options is also in the works. Surrounding the ski area, plans include the development of an additional 800 condominium units, offering first class slope side lodging for guests.
