Ski Roundtop: New for 2006-07

Triple Chair on Fife and Drum : The new triple chair will provide a much needed boost in uphill capacity, reduce time waiting in line, add more time to have fun on the slopes, and expand the area for load and unload traffic flows.

Snow Making Equipment Added on Exhibition: Ten new semi-automatic Areco snow making towers will provide a great surface for guests who enjoy cruising wide open spaces. With the addition of the snow making towers and the transfer of the terrain park to Recruit, Exhibition will once again be open for cruising on a regular basis.

Improvements to the Half Pipe: The addition of four new snow making guns known as Ratnik “Sky Giants” will border the half pipe and allow for more snow, better walls, and conditions. For added convenience a new entrance to the half pipe from Lower Lafayette 's Leap has been cut through the woods. Everyone who likes to ride the pipe is sure to enjoy the much improved half pipe facility.

Pictured here is the new entrance from Lower Lafayette's Leap - the new cut through the woods.

TerrainPark Relocated on the Recruit Slope: This coming year our guests who enjoy park features will be delighted with the addition of the RecruitTerrainPark . The new terrain park, which includes an observation deck, will allow our staff to build loads of innovative and fun features on a unique slope. The RecruitTerrainPark is certain to add exciting new challenges for advanced level snowboarders and skiers. Our other popular terrain parks, Bunker Hill and Incubator, will continue as in the past as proven grounds of fun and learning.
