Alpendorf Bergbahnen / St. Johann: New ropeways and pistes in planning

In 2005 and 2006 is to see the realisation of a new 6-man gondola with an estimated 15 to 20 hectar sized piste as well as a 6-man chairlift.

The new gondola is to transport winter sportsmen from the Buchau to the Gernogel region. In addition to this improvement parts of the 2-man chair from the Kreistenalm to the Gernkogel are to be reconstructed.

The Alpendorf Bergbahnen registered a transport increase of over 7% last winter.
