TechnoAlpin - a series of snapshots

A perfectly coordinated snow-making system is the guarantee of optimum resource efficiency in snowmaking. Optimum energy efficiency can only be guaranteed if all individual system components are working perfectly. This explains why TechnoAlpin has spent years refining its all-embracing, comprehensive After Sales Service, supporting its customers in all sectors around the globe.

The TechnoAlpin team offers a wide range of services, which are guaranteed all year round. Thanks to its extensive know-how, TechnoAlpin supports ski resorts all over the world. So it's only logical that we should give our customers even greater insight into this important, wide-ranging area of TechnoAlpin.

For Arno Hafner, Executive Manager of TechnoAlpin's After Sales Service, a reliable after sales service involves taking care of customers all around the globe. It includes repairs as well as adjustments, updatesand changes to the entire snow-making system. The TechnoAlpin service team has a 130-strong workforce worldwide, operating from the company's headquarters in Bolzano as well as from a further nine centers around the world. The servicing department is at its busiest in the autumn as snow-making systems have to be fully functional within a short time. TechnoAlpin's maintenance team is always on hand at this time, ably assisted by customer support helping ski resorts via the service hot-line.

One important part of the TechnoAlpin service center is the spare parts store which is now located in Volders (Austria). There is a dedicated team there in charge of administrating the international spare parts management system. The TechnoAlpin Service Department has other important areas in addition to these major sectors: The TechnoAlpin Academyextensive training program has been up and running for many years, providing vital information on the handling and maintenance of snow guns, pumping plants and software. Over 500 participants sign up for this program every year.
