New Supersnow branch in Roppen

On August 23 in Roppen (western Austria) was held a formal “digging a coal” for the construction of Supersnow branch . In the event took part invited guests, among others representatives of Roppen municipalities: mayor Ingo Mayr and vice-mayor Günter Neururer and the head of the project office DKN Ditmar Neurauter. Furthermore Supersnow company representatives were present Rafal Topolski - President, Peter Damian Dziubasik - founder Supersnow and Branch Manager of the Austrian Arkadiusz Budas. Completion of construction and a launch of the branch is planned in the first quarter 2017r.

The newly opened factory Supersnow in 2015 has become a solid foundation for the company to create a net of the expansion in the global market. The next place on the Europe map is Roppen (Tyrol) in western Austria. The selected location is an ideal base to perform service in Western Europe: Austrian, German, Italian and Swiss customers.

Supersnow in Roppen will be firstly the service centre. Complete 24h technical helpdesk will guarantee quick response to the reported failure. In the offer there will be 4 basic parts of Supersnow service:

Phone contact with technician – snowline 24
Getting to the customer, finding and removing a failure
Remote monitoring of the equipment and systems
Periodic maintenance of equipment and systems

Snowline 24 has been tested for several years at the company headquarters and gets from year to year more and better results by improving service work. The single service point can support centres in 5 countries!

Roppen will also be a distribution centre, warehouse and the point in the network of logistics infrastructure. This will shorten the way and time of delivery of products and components to countries in Western Europe - for snowmaking industry it is particularly important. For the smooth functioning of the branch Supersnow in Roppen will be responsible Arkadiusz Budas.

The dynamic growth in sales and high customer expectations of the quality and speed of implementation of the investment made that we have decided to go towards improving the quality of customer service at the constant development of the company. The branch in Roppen gives us the advantage of being fully ready during the high season and will allow efficient support of ski resorts in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Italy. Supersnow GmbH is a branch of Supersnow SA - Polish company existing in the market for 16 years. The decision to build a new branch was taken as part of a long-term development strategy. The aim of the investment is to have the widest product range in Western Europe, efficient customer service, rapid implementation and the desire to become a leader of innovative solutions for the snowmaking.
