LEITNER inaugurates a new client training center in RatschingsWith the “Ratschings Mountain Summit”, LEITNER has inaugurated a new, modern facility for client training courses. The project focuses specifically on practicality: courses are held on the mountain itself, right next to several facilities of different generations. Theory can therefore be directly linked to day-to-day working operations. The location, in the vicinity of systems, allows for live demonstrations, fault analysis and practical exercises under real-life conditions. Fundamental aspects, such as hydraulic, braking and drive systems, emergency drive and tensioning devices, are addressed with the direct involvement of the relative components. Furthermore, the tried-and-tested training equipment has been moved from the previous training room to the Summit, ensuring that all practice stations continue to be available. The facilities feature open, well-illuminated spaces designed for functionality. As such they stimulate concentration, interactive exchange and the direct application of everything learned, creating an environment that not only teaches technical knowledge, but also allows for skills to be brought to life through interaction with the systems. An integrated training approach With the Summit, LEITNER has adopted a clear approach: courses should reflect real, everyday working conditions, rather than take place in the isolated setting of classic training centers. The location of Ratschings, situated in the South Tyrol region, offers ideal conditions in this regard: it is an authentic setting that focuses on practical learning, directly related to ropeway systems, and is also situated close to the company headquarters. Training is thus aimed at helping clients operate their facilities safely, efficiently and proactively. |
