Demaclenko - Superlative has a new name: Titan 4.0

If all industry standards had already been burst with the VENTUS 4.0, with the TITAN 4.0 DEMACLENKO once again sets new levels in the snowmaking market. The design was developed, as was VENTUS 4.0, with the famous design studio Pininfarina. The leitmotif: the perfect symbiosis of uncompromising functionality and user friendliness with the best possible product design. This foundation was perfected with the new TITAN 4.0. That is, the TITAN 4.0 is not simply a functional object, but the best in its class, a product with a personality that stirs emotions.

TITAN 4.0 captivates you with its maximal snow production up to 157 Yd³/h (120 m³/h), a water flow of 25.4 cfm (12 l/s) and a throwing range of over 262' (80 m). Thus it is the most efficient snow gun on the market. Notably, it has been possible to reduce the total power consumption to a mere 30,8 hp (23 kW). Altogether a notable increase in efficiency of at least 10% had been achieved as a result of the many improvements.

The increase in efficiency also brings about better performance at marginal temperatures. Because of new geometry in the ventilator blades and a gentler compressor, the noise level has been reduced. TITAN 4.0 is equipped with the latest DLC 4.0 power electronic system, which guarantees the availability of all operating data and projective maintenance plans and diagnostics.

As a result of clear and consistent management, it has been possible not only to refine the product, but at the same time to simplify it and make it more user friendly than its previous version. Quick couplings guarantee that the machine is easy to open and ensure easy access to the components. All parts that may need service are grouped in central places and are thus easy to control. Projecting parts and openings are reduced to a minimum.

The TITAN 4.0 strikes with its relatively light weight. Together with compact design, this is decisive above all for safe and simple transport by snow groomer, and also guarantees suitability for transport by helicopter even at great heights. Thanks to the newly conceived chassis the extendable stabilizing feet can be better adjusted, which makes safe and simple positioning of the snow gun on the terrain very much easier.
