Teufelberger-Redaelli: First sea-mountain gondola lift in the Adriatic

A major work of strategic importance for tourism development in Montenegro that will connect the city of Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to the resort of Kuk, which is located 1,348 meters above sea level on Mount Lovćen within one of the most spectacular nature parks in Dalmatia. The 3.9-kilometer route will be covered in less than eleven minutes, and the trip can be made by 1,000 passengers per hour.

LEITNER joined in a consortium with local construction company Novi Volvox to rely on the Teufelberger - Redaelli brand for steel ropes - Solitec 636 rope (58 mm diameter and a total tonnage of approx. 110 tons).
