Golden Fan Gun from TechnoAlpin shines in the 3 Zinnen Ski Resort

TechnoAlpin, the world's leading manufacturer of snowmaking systems, delivers two special golden snow guns every year. These are the one-thousandth and two-thousandth fan guns to leave the factory in Bolzano. In 2023, one of these special models was installed in the 3 Zinnen Dolomites ski resort in Italy.

The aspiring ski resort is the fastest growing in the Dolomiti Superski network and now employs around 285 people. This makes it one of the largest employers in the Puster Valley.

TechnoAlpin and 3 Zinnen have been working together as partners for many years. "3 Zinnen AG has been a valuable and loyal customer of TechnoAlpin for decades," emphasises Wolfgang Psenner, Sales Manager Italy. This is also reflected in the customised model. The golden fan gun, which has been shining on the Hahnspiel slope since last weekend, is a TT10 tower gun. It combines the best snow quality and optimum utilisation of resources with innovative technology and unparalleled simplicity. The unique, tiltable tower significantly increases ease of maintenance and work safety.

This year, the snowmaking system in the 3 Zinnen Dolomites ski area was successfully expanded and optimised by TechnoAlpin. As part of this, around 50 new fan guns were supplied to ensure optimum snow quality. The ski resort boasts a total of 115 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes, state-of-the-art lifts and spectacular views.
