TechnoAlpin: Seamless snowmaking operations thanks to preventive maintenance

In late fall, TechnoAlpin’s innovative B.E.A.T. concept moves into its final phase, “Target”. Anyone who kept up with and made use of preventative maintenance throughout the year can now look forward to the B.E.A.T. goal: A seamless and worry-free snow season. The right maintenance measures at the right time extend the service life of your equipment, prevent unplanned standstills, improve efficiency and increase work safety. When a system is properly maintained, it is more efficient, more reliable, and safer.

BORDERLINE TEMPERATURES REIGN DURING THE SNOWMAKING PHASE

Late fall is when the wait begins for optimum temperatures in ski areas. At the very beginning of winter, these temperatures are often borderline. Analyses from technology leader TechnoAlpin have revealed that during the snowmaking phase through to mid-December, more than 70% of snow hours are at wet bulb temperatures between -2C° and -5°C. Which means it’s even more important to have a system that is functioning flawlessly so that it can start snowmaking operations at crucial moments without any issues.

The B.E.A.T. preventive maintenance service concept contributes significantly to the strengths of TechnoAlpin’s systems at limit temperatures, simplifying work in ski areas at this crucial time of year.

We wish all ski areas a successful winter season. And don't forget - the B.E.A.T concept is circular. The service cycle restarts in February with the “Beginning” phase.
